Rail Safety Week Kick Off event will be on Monday, September 23rd from 10:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Claude Mongeau National Training Centre, 650 Pandora Avenue East. This is a "Come and Go" event. Entrance is through the main doors of the CN Campus and as an attendee, you will be asked to take the Rail Safety Pledge. By taking the pledge, you will automatically be entered into a draw to win a trip to Louisiana.

CN 100th, CN & Tree Canada Tree Planting Event: This special event will be held on September 28th at 10:00 a.m. at the Harte Trail at Van Roon Garden (Entrance at south end of Cullen Dr. and Bergman Cres.) When: Saturday, September 21st from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Sunday September 22nd from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
CN Family Day for CN Employees, CN Pensioners and families will be held on the above 2 mornings. Entrance on Family Day will be controlled by a required registration through a toll free number. Therefore, in order to attend, you MUST REGISTER with CN by calling the toll free number at 1-833-882-6100. Please leave your full name, your CN Pin number as well as the number of people attending in your group, your phone number and which day you will be attending (eg. Saturday or Sunday). The phone line is open Monday to Friday between 2:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time. You will only receive a call back if CN requires further clarification from you, otherwise you will be considered registered. Please note that during the Family Day hours, the event is closed to the general public. Therefore, if you fail to register, you will be denied access. Also, if you have signed up to volunteer on either one of the mornings of Family Day, you only have to register if you want to get a ticket for the Family Day meal / BBQ. There will still be food available for the volunteers other than the BBQ. |
