The new Pensioners’ Web Portal is now live. To register and log in, visit cnbenefits.hroffice.com. This new Portal gives you the ability to view / print your pension statements, change your address or change your banking information on line. Before logging in the first time, you must register. Just click on register link and follow the instructions. Be sure to keep your password in a safe place. After you have registered, your CN PIN number will be your log in ID. To log in, enter your pin number, and then the password that you created when you registered. Don’t forget to log out when you are finished. This Online Portal is for your convenience. However, if you prefer, you can still contact CN Pensions & Benefits through their toll free number at 1-800-361-0739 with your question or change request.
Please note: that you first have to Register so click on the register link and follow the instructions. If you still need help, click on the link that says "Need Help" or call 1-800-361-0739 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday except stat holidays. The Register link is just to the right of the Log in button. The "Need Help" link is to the right of the screen just below the French / English links.

will not allow me to register. Would have been better to get the bugs out before offering to pensioners. Seems not worth the trouble if I have to make phone calls to get registration information.

Did you go to the website cnbenefits.hroffice.com? The big gray box area is pretty hard to miss. It has log in id, password, below it has the register link. Or go the blog that we posted on Feb 16th with screen shots and instructions. If you still can't register or log in, call the help line at 1-800-361-0739 as indicated.
